Coassemble's brand is one of kind in the L&D market. Most of the LMS brands are corporate and stagnant. When I started with Coassemble in 2018, the brand was named eCoach at that stage and users throught we were a coaching/training app. We hired a local design agency to rebrand us to stand out from the market and Coassemble was born. Throughout the years, I have hosted branding workshops to measure against our analytics as well as aligning it with our business strategy.

Testing and improving the Coassemble's website experience was one of my many tasks. We often found hurdles with the mobile website experience as we consistently found drop-offs when hitting the sign up flow. Although Google analytics and Hotjar was helpful from the marketing end, we needed to see across the whole customer journey to understand drop-offs. We successfully increased our CTR as well as our CVR within 2 weeks after our customer journey workshop.
The marketing team wanted to collate all of our newsletters, blog articles, webinars and podcasts under one name. Introducing Co Lab, the sub brand to Coassemble where you could access the latest information about our product.
This brand had to be rapidly produced without a resourced designer so I designed and developed templates within Figma, Canva and Mailchimp EDMs for the marketing team to use. This increased efficiency within the team as well as brand alignment.
